Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.


Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Destinations


Earthz Glow currently ships throughout the United States. International shipping may be available for select products and locations.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Earthz Glow is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Earthz Glow is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
